We use Cliniko, a practice management and booking platform, to store and manage appointment and client health record information on our behalf.

When your personal information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it. Client and booking records, including health information, are retained for a minimum of 7 years for clinical and business record-keeping purposes.
